First Me & My Health for 2021, I thought I would try something for the month of January but I will get into that soon, I will cover a few issues I have had before January.
Just so you know on my phone in Notes I have documented when I have a headache plus a description of the pain plus when I have a nose bleed.
Tuesday 22nd December 2020: I was on the train heading home when I got a nose bleed and had my black disposable mask on so the blood captured in there, I am so grateful for the woman on the train who gave me a tissue.
Wednesday 23rd December 2020: I woke up with a nose bleed at 3:42am, sorted myself out and didn't manage to get back to sleep. I was sitting on the train heading home when I got a nose bleed at 5:05pm, thankfully I was wearing a mask that caught it and had tissues in my bag from the previous day. I got a headache right where my temples are, it only lasted an hour and no painkillers were taken.
Monday 28th December 2020: I got a headache right on the top of the head, it lasted about seven hours and no painkillers were taken.

Weight: 14st
I weighed myself first thing on 1st January, this isn't the heaviest I have been but I don't like the way I feel.
My aim for this month is to eat 1,200 calories a day (this doesn't include 1st January) plus workout in the gym three times a week and on no-gyms days do at least two days of 10,000 steps or more. I want to lose at least 7lb. I have also tagged this as a What I Ate In A Week?
Saturday 2nd January 2021: did a lot of walking today, 18,888 steps to be more precise, well it's not really, it calculates my steps when my phone is in my pocket.
Breakfast - Little's French Vanilla coffee and MOJU Ginger Shot (25 calories)
Snacks - half a Starbucks grande cappuccino (didn't taste very nice) and a chocolate biscuit (154 calories)
Lunch - hot salmon with potato salad, red onion, spinach and cucumber (377 calories)
Snacks - can of Dr Pepper and another Little's French Vanilla coffee (70 calories)
Dinner - Duck stir fry with black bean sauce (309 calories)
Snack - 6 Hot & Spicy Pringles and can of Dr Pepper (217 calories) - we did a Murder Mystery Night so there were a few nibbles

Sunday 3rd January 2021:
Breakfast - Little's French Vanilla coffee and MOJU Ginger Shot plus smoked salmon and a small egg scrambled (205 calories)
Lunch - Tortilla wrap pizza: wholewheat wrap with basil pesto, spinach, tuna and mozzarella cheese plus a can of Dr Pepper (454 calories)
Snacks - can of Dr Pepper (66 calories)
Dinner - Salmon and pesto pastry with penne pasta (439 calories)
Total Calories - 1,164
Monday 4th January 2021: We have been told that we are in lockdown AGAIN so no gyms, I think my days off (weekends) I will go out to the local park and exercise or just go for long walks.
Breakfast - 2 of my usual coffees (at work we don't have a nice coffee machine so I have a teaspoon of coffee with a dash of lactose free semi skimmed milk (16 calories)
Lunch - chicken marinated in Nando's lemon and herb sauce, coriander and lemon couscous then a pot of greek yoghurt and granola (458 calories)
Snacks - can of Dr Pepper and a Naked Noodle Cantonese chilli prawn soup (157 calories)
Dinner - MOJU Ginger Shot, can of Dr Pepper and a wholemeal pitta bread with tuna (525 calories)
Total Calories - 1,156
Tuesday 5th January 2021:
Breakfast - MOJU Ginger Shot and two of my usual coffees (37 calories)
Snacks - Alpen Light Chocolate & Fudge bar (67 calories)
Lunch - Thai prawn curry with rice, greek yoghurt and granola plus a can of Dr Pepper (660 calories)
Dinner - 2 slices of cheese on toast and Fentiman Wild English Elderflower drink (407 calories)

Wednesday 6th January 2021:

Lunch - Spicy houmous and carrot batons and greek yoghurt with granola (639 calories)
Dinner - homemade chicken Caesar salad and Fentiman Rose Lemonade (379 calories)

Thursday 7th January 2021: you will see I had less calories for lunch today even though I had the same as yesterday but I had a smaller amount today.

Lunch - Spicy houmous and carrot batons and greek yoghurt with granola and a can of Dr Pepper (539 calories)
Snacks - Naked Noodle Cantonese chilli prawn soup (91 calories)

Friday 8th January 2021: Managed to do 10,078 steps today, probably more steps to try and not trip up in the snow.
