I know Wednesday's are supposed to be for fashion blog posts but I thought I would do an official blog post for it as you will see quite a few blog posts coming up about it but I am officially taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks.

What have got myself into?
I have done the odd 10k fancy dress charity walk but never have I done a 24 mile route that includes 5200feet of ascent but it is for a good cause Alzheimer's Society.
I want to document how I get fit which will be in my Me & My Health blog posts plus I will write a blog post on the day and post it the day after or whenever of how I feel plus what I took and what I advice to take if you want to do it the following year.
I am doing this with old work friends, they are the ones who roped me into it, I have started training and JEZ, it is really killing me.
