FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Stila Got Inked™ Cushion Eye Liner

I am starting to get back into eyeliner and purchased this a while ago but haven't tried it out yet.

INGREDIENTS:

Water (Aqua), Acrylates Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Oleth-10, Pentylene Glycol, Polysorbate 60, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Disodium Edta, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Propanediol, Illicium, Verum (Anise) Fruit Extract. (+/-) Carbon Black ( Ci 77266)

I applied my favourite eye primer to my right eye (left in the picture), I wanted to see if the eyeliner needs a primer.

I attempted to apply the eyeliner with my Real Techniques Brow Brush and I think I picked the wrong brush, it is too big.

I swapped the brush for one of my Morphe X Jeffree Star Brow Brushes and realised it doesn't matter what size the brush is, it really isn't pigmented.
