I got this product in my June Birchbox, I wrote the blog post so if you want to read it click here.
CLAIMS:
For instantly smoother, brighter, softer skin
Gets rid of dead skin cells, which lift off as you massage the exfoliator into your skin
PACKAGING:
The packaging is a plastic squeeze tube.
INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Glycerin,PEG 5 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Alkylbenzyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Carbomer, Hyaluroinc Acid, PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil PCA Isosteaerate, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, DMDM Hydantoin, Disodium EDTA.
HOW TO:
Spread gel thinly over damp skin with damp hands, perhaps. in the shower, as a small amount of water is required for proper activation.
Immediately begin massaging the entire area in a circular motion
Apply light to medium pressure to ensure proper contact, but do not "rub" your skin.
Within 15-20 seconds, solids should form under the fingertips, the solids you feel are a combination of the peel and epidermal tissue.
The peel is applied as a gel and removed as small solids after having combined with the dead tissue.
Massage for 2-3 minutes to ensure that all of the product has combined with as much dead skin as possible and that no peel has been wasted.
Wash face, rinse and begin 2nd half of face.
Peel once per week for normal skin or as often as 3 times weekly to prevent acne.
My skin is dry and in need of some hydrating.
I dampened my skin using a clean (but stained) muslin cloth as well as dampen my hands.
I applied the product on the whole of the face instead of doing sections.
It is so weird but seeing all of this I feel like it is really working.
My skin feels so soft and even, I will definitely be using this up and will purchase it in full size.
