FIRST IMPRESSIONS: CYO Volume Mascara #Blogmas2020

I have done a few blog posts on this brand recently because they are being discontinued and I thought I would try them out before they are gone.

CLAIMS:

PACKAGING:

Simple black tube in a cardboard container

HOW TO:

1. Take the lash plumping brush

2. Sweep from root to tip

3. Roll want as you go

4. Coat twice

5. More is more

As you can see my eyelashes are very pale, I didn't know I had picked up a brown mascara but it doesn't matter, I used to wear brown mascara on very subtle makeup days like this look.

I applied one coat to my right eye (left in the picture), my lashes don't look volumised.

I have applied one coat to my left eye (right in the picture) and another coat to the right eye to see what the difference looks like and I will admit, the second coat looks a lot better.

I have added the second coat to my left eye and did the rest of my makeup, I don't really like how this look.

Update #1 (8:45pm): I feel like this has dropped and my eyelashes look terrible.

I really don't like this mascara, it makes my eyes water, the rest of my makeup and skincare is the same as normal so it's the mascara plus it didn't last very long.
