FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Barry M That's Swell! Plump & Prime Plumping Lip Primer

HOW TO USE:

  • Apply to bare lips for a subtle plumping effect before Lip Paint application

My lips before applying the primer.

I decided to apply the lip primer onto one side of the lips so I can see what sort of plumping I got.

I left my lips for 5 to 10 minutes and see no difference, none at all.

Put the lip plump on the other side to even out the product usage and on the off chance it does work.

Going to say that this product definitely didn't work for me, I saw no difference what so ever.
