Duke Street Food & Drink Market (Liverpool 2024)

The day after all of the drinking with the girls was the day everybody was leaving, I was staying an extra day so went for lunch again and she told me about this place.

The place is really cool, it's a huge open building with bench tables and small round tables and a mezzanine. Me and Alivia (my sister) sat at a round table.

There are multiple restaurants in the building, you scan the QR code and order from that, like we did we ordered from multiple restaurants.

First thing is first drinks, I ordered a bottle of sparkling water and she got a diet coke

We got halloumi and corn tacos, it was three tacos with a corn salad, coriander, spring onion and a squeeze of lime with halloumi sticks, these were amazing, so fresh and it wasn't heavy.

Halloumi bites with a homage chilli sauce, these are no bites, these are massive sticks of pure joy and the sauce was delicious.

I need more of these chorizo croquetas aka croquettes with chorizo and aioli, I loved these.

I am planning to make some of these cheesy hash browns one weekend because these were spot on.

One dish I wasn't so excited about after trying it was loaded halloumi shawarma chips. which is chips with halloumi, roast garlic mayo, cucumber, red onion, mint yoghurt & cucumber.

Table full of food and tasted amazing.

It was reasonably priced with how much food we got and I am definitely going back to try some more dishes so expect another blog post potentially this year about this place, the staff were lovely, it was very clean and just an amazing atmosphere.
