Doctor Who: Wild Blue Yonder

Second of the three episode season with David Tennant and Catherine Tate.

The Storyline

The tardis crashed on the tree where Isaac Newton was under.

They land again with the tardis burning onto a space ship with the tardis disappearing, it actually ran away because there is something really bad on the ship.

They meet a rusty robot that doesn’t do much so they leave it.

They end in what I think is the cockpit of the ship and end up on their control system thing and try to read the base code. The ship has been empty for three years and has gone through a wormhole and is lost.

Doctor plans a joke on Donna.

Doctor and Donna split up, Donna in the more orange looking room and Doctor goes out to the blue looking room, when Doctor comes back in. Donna is worried about her family she has left behind.

The Doctor is back in the blue room and Donna walks in, there is something not right because it goes back to the orange room with Donna and Doctor.

The Doctor in the orange room says “My arms too long”. Donna in the blue room says “My arms are too long” on repeat.

The blue Doctor runs to find the orange Donna with the other Doctor and Donna following.

The original Doctor and Donna get back into the space buggy to get away but the growing Doctor and Donna are following until they get too big and can’t make it through.

Donna and Doctor get split up but get back together but it isn’t the real version.

The four of them meet again and figure out who is who and then the real Doctor puts a line of salt on the ground.

The real Doctor Donna get chased by the weird Doctor Donna.

Doctor babbles on and works out what is going on and then the robot starts moving slowly.

The Donna’s start fighting.

Doctor manages to get to the Tardis back but it is the wrong Donna he takes. He figures it out, kicks her out and brings in the original Donna.

They land in the alley way they left but it is Wilfred there which is sad to know that he won’t be in more episodes because the actor passed away. Wilfred tells them that the Doctor will come and save them, things start exploding, people fighting and planes crashing.

The Effects

The place looks amazing, the effects are okay.

Last Thoughts

I felt like it was a little slow and boring, this really breaks my heart putting that because David Tennant is my favourite doctor and I loved watching Russell T Davies episodes but this was so dull.
