Back in November 2018 I wrote a blog post called Before I Turn…25 so this blog post will show you what I had targeted/wanted to do Before I Turn...25 and now I am doing a 30 version.
Overview of Before I Turn…25
I wanted to go through what I managed to achieve, bare in mind that 2020 we have had the pandemic so I didn't get to do a lot this year but here we go.
1. Visit a new country every year: I managed to get away in 2019, I went to Sweden and did many blog posts about it, loved it and had plans for 2020 to go to Barcelona (already been), Mykonos in Greece where I have never been and also Oslo, Norway but due to the current situation with the pandemic I never went anywhere in 2020.
12. Host an event for Maude & Noah supporting local businesses: I kind of managed this, it was an online event (kind of), I organised a giveaway for businesses in Harrogate during lockdown to help local businesses boost their Instagram following.
18. Qualify as a nail technician: I have qualified as a nail technician but I would love to do a few more courses.
Before I Turn…30
1. Pass my driving test: This has been a target for me in many blog posts but I would love to pass my driving test for more freedom, to be able to go to work without going on the train.
2. Buy myself a car: It all depends on my finances but I have a list in order of what I would like, the last being the best car to get:
Volkswagon Golf
Audi A1
Mercedes A Class
Range Rover Evoque
Range Rover Velar
Aston Martin DBX
Aston Martin DB11 (or the latest version maybe)
Aston Martin DB5 (this is more of a collective item)
3. Qualify TGB Academy: There are a few courses I would like to do but I think it's the Full GelBottle Course I need to qualify.
4. Get and complete a course of Invisalign: I really hate my teeth but really don't want train trackers so would like to get Invisalign to straighten up my teeth.
5. Have a breast reduction: My boobs are too big, I have been getting backache and I find it really hard to get bras. I don't want to have really small boobs but I don't want the GG's I have.
6. Treat myself month on a beauty treatment: If it be getting my hair done, facial or nails done, I would love to get more beauty treatments.
7. Be at a health weight: I lost a decent amount of weight in 2019 but gained most of it back during lockdown so I want to get to a health weight which I think is 4 stone off.
8. Take part in a cooking class: I love cooking but I would love to have a professional actually teach me how to make such an amazing dish either Italian, Thai, Chinese or Japanese.
9. Take part in a pole dancing class: I have heard it is really good exercise so would like to take a friend and take part in a pole dancing class, I think it will be fun.
10. Go on the Harrogate tour: I moved to Harrogate in September 2019 and have noticed that there is a tour of the place so would like to go on that.
11. Go see the following theatre shows:

12. Do a Tough Mudder: I am part of the charity team at my work and I have put forward that we do a tough mudder and really want to be able to do this.
13. Do an escape room: I was supposed to do one for my leavers party but COVID happened so would love to do this.
14. Do the Velocity 2: zip lining in Wales, it looks amazing.
15. Work full time at Maude & Noah:
I know I have only been at my current job for seven months but I would love to work solely on Maude & Noah. Since the last Before I Turn... blog post I have had another job which allowed me to get my current job but Maude & Noah is my passion.
16. Hire a member of staff for Maude & Noah: I would love to have a successful business and be able to hire a permanent member of staff to help with orders and maybe ideas.
17. Launch Project A.1:
I know I am being secretive calling it Project A.1 but if you remember Project A was Maude & Noah but this something relating to Maude & Noah and has been a dream of mine since I was a kid, it was one of my dream jobs.
18. Launch Project A.2:
Another project within Maude & Noah, I have many ideas and places for this launch.
19. Get Maude & Noah stocked: I really believe in Maude & Noah and really want to get 5 new places each year to stock my products.
20. Bring back the jewellery to Maude & Noah: I started Maude & Noah off as a personalised jewellery company but the company who were engraving the pieces went under and when I looked at buying the machines to do it, it cost about £10,000 which is shocking but I would love to bring back jewellery, don't know if it will be engraved but would love to relaunch it.
21. Launch Project B: Another secret but I have been working on this but don't know when or if I will launch it but all these projects will be documented and shared on my blog when or if I launch.
22. Skydive: I have wanted to skydive for year but never got the opportunity to.
23. Go horse riding: I have been horse riding before but years and years ago, now that I live in the countryside (kind of) I thought it was the perfect chance to do this.
24. Go quad biking: I would love this.
25. Visit a new place every year: I managed to go to Stockholm in 2019 in which I would love to go again but I want to go to other places however who knows how long COVID will last but I would like to go to:

26. Go on a girly holiday: Maybe the girls would like to go to one or more of the countries above or maybe a girly trip to a cabin.
27. Buy my dream handbag: I have wanted to purchase the Celine Mini Luggage Handbag in Drummed Calfskin, I used to want the Nano but always wanted Mini and think it is more practical for me and my lifestyle.
28. Be happy in myself: I have suffered with low emotions and feel disgusted in myself so I want to be happy in myself.
29. Be in a happy relationship: I have been talking to a guy for a while now, met up with him prior to COVID, I haven't really made the effort to go meet him or arrange anything because I am scared, I am scared I will get strong feelings for him and it doesn't work out but I need to just get over that. Maybe this guy I am talking about (writing about) isn't the guy for me but I want to open up and let people in more.
30. Move out: I would love to move out of the family house into my own place if it be a rental or actually purchase my own home.
