I love the Tilda lime and coriander rice, it is delicious so when I saw Aldi did a version I had to try it.

HOW TO.(Aldi):
Microwave:
750W 2 mins, 850W 2 mins, 1000W 1 1/2 mins.
Squeeze pouch gently to separate rice grains.
Tear or cut the top of the pouch by about 2 cm.
Place the pouch upright in the microwave and heat for the time specified.
Remove pouch from microwave and tear open.
Hob:
2-3 mins.
Place 45 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add the contents of the pouch, cover and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed and product has reached a palatable temperature.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Place the rice on a plate and fluff up with a fork. Serve immediately.
Do not reheat.
