I wanted to treat my godson's to bowling but they were fully booked so I booked for them to go to 360 Play.
Now I dread any sort of soft play, when I think of soft play I think of finding a slice of mouldy pizza at the bottom of a ball pit, sticky toys, kids sneezing everywhere and baby's putting toys in their mouth - GERMS!
Prices I don't understand so my godsons are between the age of 4 to 12 so when I booked online it was £11.50 each child but what I don't get is having to pay for adults, no adult wants to be there but anyway it was £4.95 for us adults.
It is not just a ball pit, climbing thing, it has dodgems, little scenes where children can become vets or firemen, roll play.
There is a cafe, in which I got two regular lattes, one regular cappuccino, one small banana milkshake and two small slush and that cost me £15.45 which I didn't think was too bad but I was disappointed in waiting in a line for 20 minutes to be served and then once the order and payment had gone through to wait another 10 minutes, I felt like going round the station and lending them a hand. My auntie kind of did, when we took out mugs back she kept picking mugs up from dirty tables to take back..
Now yes the drinks were cheap but there was nowhere for us to sit and drink them because all of the tables were taken, I look around and see how many people are in here and think we are going or have gone through a pandemic and yet there are hundreds of people here (at least one hundred people were there), even before covid I believe there was too many people there, it was dangerous walking around with hot drinks when there are kids flying around everywhere.
Let's go back to adults having to pay, well I was standing and supervising my godsons and chatting to my auntie however there were a few adults in their 20s/30s who I saw zip down the slide with no children and they went back round and on the slide and when coming down took a child out.
There was too many people in their, it was dirty, food on the floor and barely any staff to be seen.
I don't think I will be going back there.
